Dwayne Johnson leaves Vin Diesel out of Fast 8 thank you list

Sunday, 04 Sep, 2016

Vin Diesel praised his Fast 8 costar Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in a Facebook video on Friday, August 19, amid their ongoing alleged feud. While "The Rock" had a kind word for the other actors of the movie - including Scott Eastwood, Nathalie Emmanuel, Tyrese Gibson, and the entire "Fast Family" - he didn't mention Diesel in the post.

Vin Diesel's nasty on-set antics, including tardiness and arrogance, are exposed after Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's rant on Instagram.

"What happened is over, and no one expects there to be any lingering effects", an insider said about the latest "Fast and Furious 8" news.

Johnson and Diesel eventually met in private in an effort to end the dispute, though it was not resolved, TMZ reported at the time.

If you were expecting Jason Statham to add to the drama of the Vin Diesel and The Rock feud, you were so wrong!

"If we brought Dwayne Johnson in Fast 5, thanks to you a fan appointed Jan Kelly said. In the end, we all rallied, as great teams do, kicked a$$ and will deliver an unbelievable movie to the world".

"My female co-stars are always incredible, and I love 'em". To try and move forward from the headlines that have plagued the "Fast Family", the Fast 8 Facebook page shared a heartwarming tribute to its stars, including Paul Walker, who passed away.

"Some conduct themselves as stand-up men and true professionals, while others don't", Johnson wrote. Earlier this month, Johnson posted a cryptic Instagram post slamming some of his male costars. The ones that don't are too chicken s**t to do anything about it anyway.

It is produced under One Race Films and Original Film and distributed by Universal Pictures.

The following day reports surfaced that Diesel was the co-star Johnson was referring to.

Actor Vin Diesel, who has recently completed shooting for the upcoming movie Fast and Furious 8, says it was a real pleasure working with the veteran actress Helen Mirren, for the film.
