Last month it was reported Usher was forced to fork out $1.1 million Dollars to a woman he was involved with after she filed court documents stating she got herpes from him.
Bloom announced that she is filing a lawsuit on their behalf Monday morning, and is calling on Usher to undergo a test to determine if he indeed has herpes.
Aside from Sharpton, Bloom's other two clients - one man and one woman - are remaining anonymous.
Sharpton's lawsuit was filed in California, a state that requires people with disease to inform their partners before engaging in sexual activity. A third, 21-year-old Quantasia Sharpton, spoke at a news conference in NY.
"When I first heard reports that [Usher] had herpes, I couldn't believe it..."
Another woman has stepped forward and is suing Usher, claiming he exposed her to genital herpes without her knowledge.
While Usher has yet to respond to the latest allegations, it is believed he become infected with the virus in 2009 around the time his divorce to Tameka Foster was finalised.
Sharpton said she was handpicked by a security guard at the concert, after which she dropped her number for subsequent contact. She also explained that they had done a test which was negative but said that she felt "raped".
The news outlet also noted that the court documents stated the adverse effects of Usher's alleged herpes infection to the complainants.
"We hope the reports are not true", her lawyer said.
They can't call him either because he always called them from a blocked number, she says.
