PSG obligated to pay €180m in Kylian Mbappé loan deal

KYLIAN MBAPPE will join PSG on a season-long loan on Wednesday before completing his £168million move next year, according to reports in France.

The news comes just hours after PSG agreed a deal to sign Kylian Mbappe from Monaco on an initial loan deal with the obligation to buy next summer for £166 million.

That would make the French worldwide the second most expensive transfer in football history behind Neymar, who joined PSG from Barcelona for €222 million earlier this month.

Former Fiorentina attacker Jovetic joined Inter, initially on loan from Manchester City, in 2015 before making the move permanent 12 months later. QSI had limited time for the massive spending it considered desirable to fuel the club into Champions League contention, and it has form for breaching FFP regulations.

As well as reaching the Champions League semi-finals, they ended Paris Saint-Germain's four-year Ligue 1 dominance by claiming their first French league crown in almost two decades.

Paris Saint-Germain has reportedly agreed a 155 million euros fee with AS Monaco for the transfer of rising superstar #Kylian Mbappe. Thiago is 35, so he can't play 60 matches this season.

But where does Mbappe's arrival leave the last young prodigy to have arrived in Paris?

Monaco were undoubtedly one of the most exciting clubs in Europe last season.

"Neymar and Mbappe, in particular, can play the three positions of the attack".

That means even if Mbappe struggles to settle at Parc des Princes, or endures an injury-ravaged campaign, PSG will still be forced to fork out for the youngster.

Deschamps virtually confirmed that a move would be taking place as he stated that Mbappe will be staying in Ligue 1. But if the reports are to be believed, it is PSG who will once again be the winners of the kid who is seen to be a future Ballon d'or victor.

In May 2014 the club had to accept a €60m fine, reduction of their Champions League squad from 25 players to 21, and other sanctions, after a Uefa investigation.
