Amore, real name Eric Arndt, is now under investigation by police in Arizona for raping the unidentified woman, authorities confirmed to Pro Wrestling Sheet. The Phoenix Police Department has confirmed that a report was filed and the incident is now under investigation.

Suspending him on Monday, WWE said in a statement that they have zero tolerance in matters of sexual harassment.

Wrestler Enzo Amore was sacked by the WWE Tuesday just a day after he was accused online of sexual assault.

The accuser took to Twitter on Monday night to share her side of the story.

A woman has accused WWE star Enzo Amore of raping her in a hotel room after getting her "f*cked up". The accusation was reported to authorities from a local hospital several days after the alleged assault, but other details were not released. "They ARE NOT good people", she wrote. 'I want to get to know you first, ' Sheahan reportedly told Amore. The woman pointed out that she was in a state of psychosis due to the drugs and she had no clue what was going on. "My mental issues have been the worst ever & i suffer from major PTSD from it".

Phoenix police said a report was filed about a sexual assault that had reportedly occurred on October 19 at the Clarendon Hotel in Phoenix.

WWE has had to distant itself from a lot of wrestlers that they used to employ. He was scheduled to face challenger Cedric Alexander at the upcoming Royal Rumble.

As far as the Cruiserweight division, of which Amore was the reigning champion, we'll hopefully find out more information tonight on 205 Live following SmackDown Live and the Mixed Match Challenge match.
