Meghan Markle's Reclusive Dad 'Overjoyed' at Wedding Invite

THE Markle family have been thrust into the global spotlight thanks to actress Meghan's engagement to Prince Harry - but questions remain over which of her family members are invited to the wedding.

They've spent a whole lot of time together lately but photo-opps aside, Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton aren't quite BFFs - at least not on a maid of honor-level.

"I think she's helped get him more in touch with his emotional side and he is without a doubt a happier man with Meghan in his life".

Meghan Markle's father is said to be "very excited" about walking his daughter down the aisle when she marries Prince Harry, the sister-in-law of the former USA actress has said.

It also was previously reported that Markle, who became known to TV audiences starring on the legal drama "Suits", was unlikely to invite Grant and her older half-brother Thomas Markle Jr.

Meghan's former sister-in-law, Tracey Dooley, and the woman's son Tyler were the ones who popped by the chat show.

Following invitations to the wedding being sent out last week, it would appear other members of Meghan's family seemingly failed to receive one.

Leading up to the Royal Wedding, which is happening May 19, Meghan Markle fever has fully settled in.

The document confirmed the marriage between, 'My Most Dearly Beloved Grandson Prince Henry Charles Albert David of Wales and Rachel Meghan Markle'.

We can't wait to see Meghan walk up the aisle with her family. Thomas said it was about three years ago, while Tracy claimed it had been around 20 years since they had a conversation.

After being told about the decades that have passed since she last saw the actress, presenter Richard Madeley said: "Well then it doesn't seem unreasonable for you not to be invited, does it?"

Lori Davis, a friend of Thomas, told the Daily Mirror: "Talk that Harry had upset Tom with comments about their family aren't true". "I think Meghan has changed him for the better. I'm sure there'll be a very generous mention of her", Nicholl said. "He was brilliant with them and I think what swung it for Meghan was how good Harry was with them", a source said. A further 200 guests will join Prince Harry and Markle at an evening reception at Frogmore House, about half a mile south of Windsor Castle.
