Conte coy over Chelsea future

Chelsea have finished outside the top four just once in the last 13 seasons but are in serious danger of missing out.

And while his future remains remarkably bright, it was time for a change at Chelsea and in came club captain Gary Cahill, whose own future was in doubt following poor performances.

"The Kiev showdown against Real Madrid is still nearly three weeks away and while any manager would want that time to get players fully fit and in peak condition for a career-defining game, there is a fine balance between being fully rested and staying in rhythm". "We did well against a front three who've been absolutely fantastic", Cahill added. After a few initial setbacks, Chelsea seemed to find their way back and even overtook Manchester United to the 2nd spot in the Premier League for a while.

Jurgen Klopp is confident Liverpool will beat their rivals to a top-four Premier League finish, despite recent setbacks meaning this season's race is likely to go down to the final day.

'Morata is Chelsea's participant and he needs to be able to play tomorrow and subsequent season.

Conte has experimented with a 3-5-2 throughout the season, with mixed outcomes.

Hazard had run himself into the ground, while Giroud was nearly pedestrian for the final quarter of the game.

"We will probably sign a couple more players in the summer because we need more depth in the squad", Klopp said, as quoted by the Sport Review. This point was absolutely deserved for all the work and effort shown.

So at least Chelsea fans won't have to worry about Hazard leaving them for Old Trafford. He did well and I just tried to put the ball into the net.

Klopp is also aiming to steer Liverpool FC to Champions League glory when they take on Real Madrid in the final in Kiev at the end of the month.

"I have received a really warm welcome at the club from when I first arrived".

Tale of the Tape: it has been a rough couple of weeks for Tottenham that saw them bow out of the F.A Cup on their adopted home this season.

And these improvements continued against Swansea and Liverpool, with the latter having arguably his best game in a Chelsea shirt to date.

With their recent European exploits making for a hard balancing act, Liverpool have picked up just two points from their last three Premier League outings.
