Shaun King posted a video on Instagram on Thursday of Schlossberg verbally assaulting a gentleman in October 2016 who he accused of not being a citizen of the USA calling him "an ugly f*cking foreigner". Some community and political-based organizations have posted the event on Facebook and more than 2,000 people have indicated they will attend. So my next call is to ICE to have each one of them kicked out of my country,"he said in the insane rant".
State representative Adriano Espaillat from New York's 13th Congressional District tweeted Wednesday that he would file a formal complaint against the lawyer.
Other customers are heard on the video denouncing what they describe as his racist comments.
Schlossberg was also caught on video in 2016 berating a man in NY, which he called an "ugly [expletive] foreigner".
"What was witnessed in the vile video from Mr. Schlossberg, which has since gone viral, is [a] humiliating and insulting attack on the more than 50 years of progress that this nation has made since the Civil Rights movement, " the two wrote.
The manager told the Daily News that Schlossberg, clutching a cell phone, lost his mind after Suazo and the store worker chatted in Spanish.
Aaron Schlossberg could now face even more consequences. It was not clear when the incident took place. He does not have a record of public discipline. According to his LinkedIn page (which has since been removed), he is a graduate of the Haverford School, an all boy's private high school in Philadelphia, and has a law degree from George Washington University.
Schlossberg also didn't respond to a call and an email seeking comment.
For the second time in a week, videotape has caught what appears to be an angry white guy going on a rant against people who are different than himself. It also claims he's a member of the New York State Bar, and if he is, it's news to them.
Isaac Saul, lead editor and columnist for the website A Plus, posted another video to Twitter on Wednesday purportedly showing the same man shouting at a group of Jewish protesters and giving them the finger on May 25, 2017.
By Wednesday afternoon, the video had been viewed almost 2 million times on Facebook and reposted across social media by people eager to identify the ranting customer. "I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher or someone to jump out and yell, like, 'Punk'd.'.Who acts like that toward people who you think aren't from here".
"You care about America because you need America, so f**k you", he continued.
"He immediately. starts yelling mostly racist and xenophobic stuff", Morris said.
