The FBI said a package, "similar in appearance to the others" found this week, was addressed to Booker and located in Florida.

A 12th package, identified by police as a pipe bomb similar to others found across the country, was found at a US Post Office in Manhattan and the bomb squad were dispatched, NY police said. Posted under the headline "The Swamp to Be Drained!" were images of the Clintons, Barack Obama, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Eric Holder, and Maxine Waters.

Cesar Sayoc allegedly placed 13 improvised explosive devices in envelopes and addressed them to political figures across the United States, prosecutors said.
