Tragic: Beth Chapman has died following a lengthy battle with cancer.

Dog the Bounty Hunter ran for eight seasons between 2004 and 2012. May she rest in peace.

The two went into business together in 1995, with Beth handling the bonds office side while also heading out with Chapman to track down the sought-out criminals. You were such a strong woman, and you taught me to always be strong.

Duane "Dog" Chapman is continuing to update fans on the health of his wife and fellow Dog The Bounty Hunter star Beth Chapman. "Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven", Chapman wrote.

Her family is holding a bedside vigil with her at Queens Hospital in Hawaii.

Reality star Beth Chapman died on Monday at the age of 51, a little over a month after telling Florida churchgoers that her cancer diagnosis was "the ultimate test of faith" as she alluded to ending her chemotherapy treatment. The then-19-years old Beth immediately fell in love with Duane, though their first meeting could have been under better circumstances. The family "humbly ask everyone to please pray for Beth", and offer their "sincere thanks to everyone for their prayers throughout Beth's battle with cancer".

In 2017, she was diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer. She was hospitalized in April due to an accumulation of fluid in her lungs, and doctors performed an emergency procedure to alleviate pressure, the couple said at the time. She also considered Dog's other nine kid her "bonus" children and loved them as if they were her own.

Dog (real name Duane "Dog" Chapman) had been asking fans for their thoughts and prayers as Beth was in the hospital. "He came walking out there, and I said, 'Oh yes, he will be mine. She was surrounded by family and Dog was there, holding her hand".

What they said about her: "So awful praying for her family. she was always so kind to us".
