The court said that Trump's account was indeed private before he became president, but that changed once he took office and used it for official business, as it now displays "all the trappings of an official, state‐run account".

"We will defend the environment but we will also defend American sovereignty, American prosperity, and we will defend American jobs", he said in his Monday speech.

President Trump on Qatar's plans to buy commercial planes from Boeing in new deal. We have the cleanest water; it's crystal clean.

Twitter had no immediate comment.

For air quality, it listed the U.S. as 10th in the world.

"It's absurd for President Trump to claim any environmental credentials when his administration continues to drive a destructive pro-polluter agenda at the expense of the American people", she said.

"As Trump touts his administration's environmental 'accomplishments, ' a reminder that the EPA is run by a coal lobbyist, Interior is run by an oil lobbyist and Energy is run by someone who wanted to abolish the department", he tweeted.

These lobbyists have rolled back other vital environmental regulations and climate change measures set by the Obama administration created to protect public health, all to benefit their former employers and clients.

Brett Hartl, government affairs director at the Center for Biological Diversity said in a statement: "It's freakish that Trump thinks he can slap a happy face sticker over the vast wounds he's inflicting on America's environment".

New Delhi's new rules in areas such as e-commerce and data localization have already angered the United States and hit companies such as Amazon.com, Walmart Inc, Mastercard, and Visa, among others. "We want crystal clean water and that's what we're doing and that's what we're working on so hard".

Later this week, USA commerce secretary Wilbur Ross and Energy Secretary Rick Perry are scheduled to address a major India centric conference in Washington DC.

"That's your record, President Trump", said Perry, a 2016 presidential primary rival of his boss. "It is one of the reasons suburban voters across the country elected politicians that would challenge the administration on climate change and a whole host of environmental policies".

And ahead of the speech, the Sierra Club said the President "has quickly established the worst record on the environment and climate action of any president in the history of the country". That meant the users could not view the President's tweets, reply directly to them or use the account's web page to view the comment threads associated with Trump's posts.

The president now has over 60 million Twitter followers.
