Police quickly rushed in and handcuffed Frazier, who was reportedly the only person arrested during Thursday night's rally. Omar is originally from Somalia but moved to the USA when she was young and is now an American citizen. A split second after Frazier drops his baseball cap to the ground, fists start flying. According to Alter, Frazier and protesters were yelling back and forth until he stepped out and targeted him. "Jumps out and starts whaling on me".
"Victim stated suspect exited a vehicle, stated "You want some" then struck the victim multiple times in the face causing visible injuries and breaking victim's glasses", Cincinnati police wrote in Frazier's criminal complaint.
"(I thought, ) 'What the hell?'" Alter said.
Police charged Dallas Frazier of Georgetown, Ky., with assault.
President Donald Trump teased the crowd several times at his rally tonight at US Bank Arena in Cincinnati, Ohio, his first mass gathering since the infamous "send her back" rally in North Carolina in July.
The top issues that revealed the most division between the Democratic candidates - and the extent to which the party has moved to the left in recent years - were indeed on health care and immigration.
Instead, Trump meandered through a laundry list that focused on OH economics, sanctuary cities, and his recent passion, the state of USA inner cities, a particular flash point after his attacks on Rep. Elijah Cummings over the state of his Baltimore district. The other congresswomen - Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Rashida Tlaib of MI and Ayanna Pressley of MA - were all born in the United States.
"The rage-filled Democratic party is trying to tear America apart", he said.
"For decades these communities have been run exclusively by Democrat politicians and it's been total one-party control of the inner cities".
But he did get in a knock at "four left-wing extremists" - which was seen as directed at the 'squad'. He called federal funding sent to these areas "stolen money and it's wasted money, and it's a shame".
Trump also talked about his trade policies with China after announcing earlier in the day he would impose a 10 percent tariff on $300 billion in Chinese imports.
The president was interrupted twice by protesters inside the venue, Fox19 reported.
Trump, who has sought to brand all the Democratic candidates as socialists, took the stage at the campaign rally in the battleground state of OH eager to exploit the ideological fissures in the Democratic Party laid bare in this week's debates.
Frazier was shouting at the protesters from the passenger seat of his truck prior to the assault, according to WCPO.
"Democrats spent more time talking about (former President Barack) Obama then they did me", he said.
Fantozzi's video shows Frazier climbing out, taking off his hat and assuming a fighting stance; Alter takes off his own hat and gestures to him. Saunders said he was not aware of any other fights or rally-related incidents requiring police intervention.
