Making a swashbuckling 'Aaargh!' noise, Pattinson laughed, adding with a smile: "I think Batman has a sort of piratey kind of voice - I think that will really suit it". Reeves, who has directed the last two Planet of the Apes sequels, took over directing duties for the DC superhero film in 2017.

Robert Pattinson recently stated that Matt Reeves's The Batman is a different animal as compared to the recently released Joker. He's a complicated character. "I think it's more hard to do because it's such a familiar character to lots of people, but I think if you can really find a place to really lose yourself in it than I think it's really exciting", he said.

"And it's always more fun if you're shocking the people in the room".

"Chris told me a little bit about how to get the camo off my face", Pattinson quips.

Robert Pattinson's comments to ET make The Batman feel all the more real as it involves interpersonal relationships. "I think it's because one of my eyes is smaller than the other one...", the actor said. In fact, it's a dope character in all seriousness.

The major stars involved in Joker and Batman are systematically turning down every possible interaction between these charismatic characters. "There is a simplicity to his worldview, but where it sits is unusual, which allows you to have more scope with the character", he added. Or maybe I'm just projecting. I'm having a hard time knowing whether or not he's kidding, as his tone was hard to read.

Dano change of integrity the attendee, this week also saw the reveal that Zoe Kravitz would be playing Cat-woman alongside Robert Pattinson's Bruce Wayne and Jeffrey Wright's Commissioner Gordon. That's a plus! It's amusing that people are so very angry about "Twilight".
