Tom Brady's cryptic tweet reportedly not related to football future

A lot of people are anxious this is the end of the greatest career in NFL history, or the end of the greatest run with the league's dominant franchise. The caption-less image shows a silhouetted Brady walking into, or maybe out of, a tunnel at Gillette Stadium, where the Patriots play.

Of course, this could all be some sort of tongue-in-cheek publicity stunt on Brady's part, with some fans speculating he's setting us all up for a Super Bowl commercial, or perhaps the announcement of a new product line. Why would you do this?' And he was like, 'Everybody's overreacting.' He's like, 'It's not is he going to stay, is he going to go?' Is Brady messing with us and having a laugh over it?

Gronkowski is hosting a larger-than-life, pre-Super Bowl "Gronk Beach" party on Saturday in Miami Beach complete with open tiki bars, Hawaiian barbecue and hula dancers. Or maybe he's following in his famous wife's footsteps and starting a modeling career.

National Football League superstar Antonio Brown wants to lace up with greatness again.

According to DraftKings' latest odds, New England doesn't have much stiff competition, either: Only the Chargers, Colts and Titans are below +2000 to land the 42-year-old QB.

Or is he feeling his age?

We likely won't know Brady's free-agent choice until March 18 at the earliest. "I'm Tom Brady and I am a cry baby and I have a butthole in my chin". He reported that people close to Brady told him not to read anything into it football-wise - a sentiment also reported by ESPN's Adam Schefter, who said he was told it was not related to Brady's uncertain future. "But the speculation sure is fun".
